Terms of Service — Presenta

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Presenta (“the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided only where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or sexually explicit content. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Services.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you input. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the presentations and assets generated for your own personal or business purposes.

6. Third-party services

The Services use third-party AI model providers and infrastructure services. Your use is subject to their applicable terms and policies.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes and contact
